FACE-TO-FACE WORKSHOP: Diverse Beginnings - Enhancing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Childcare Settings

This in-person workshop will support Early Years and Childcare professionals in embedding equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across their practice.

Location: Osborne Nursery School, Erdington, B23 6UB

The session will: 

  • Raise awareness of EDI within the context of Early Years & childcare provision 

  • Explore the importance of integrating EDI principles throughout all aspects of practice – from recruitment to daily childcare routines and beyond 

  • Provide a space for colleagues to share experiences and reflect together in person 

  • Empower leaders & practitioners to champion inclusive and equitable approaches in their settings, and consider how each of us can actively support EDI 

Target audience: Suitable for all Birmingham Early Years and Childcare Providers (Directors, Managers, Leaders, Practitioners)
