FREE WORKSHOP: Transition
This online workshop will introduce the Birmingham Transition Approach, a new inclusive transition process for Birmingham.
The workshop will:
Explore how to prepare children and their families for a successful transition
Deliver a consistent inclusive approach to transitions in Birmingham
Explore strategies to improve transition communications between early years providers and professionals
Support partnerships with families to inform effective transitions
Target audience: Managers, leaders and practitioners in early years settings working with children aged 0-5
