FREE WORKSHOP: WellComm Part 1
Introducing WellComm - Speech, language and communication toolkit
This online workshop will enable practitioners to use the WellComm Toolkit within their setting as a universal tool in their provision to improve speech, language and communication outcomes for children.
A partnership between the Birmingham City Council Early Years & Childcare Team and Birmingham Maintained Nursery Schools, this session will deliver:
City and district-based data relating to speech, language and communication outcomes for children
Information about how the city is planning to support improved speech, language and communication outcomes for children
How the WellComm toolkit can support the accurate assessment and interventions for children with speech, language and communication needs
Instructions and support on how to use the WellComm Toolkit universally
Information about ongoing support and data collection
Target audience: EEE registered providers, leaders, managers, teachers, childminders and practitioners.
