FREE WORKSHOP: WellComm Part 1 of 2: Introducing WellComm - Speech, Language and Communication Toolkit

WellComm improves speech, language and communication outcomes for children.

This online workshop will enable practitioners in Birmingham to effectively implement the WellComm Toolkit as a universal resource within their setting.

A partnership between the Birmingham City Council Early Years & Childcare Team and Birmingham Maintained Nursery Schools, this session will provide you with:

• An overview of how Birmingham is supporting improved speech, language and communication outcomes for children.

• Insight into how the WellComm Toolkit supports accurate assessment and targeted interventions for children with speech, language and communication needs.

• Guidance and support on using the WellComm Toolkit as a universal tool across your setting.

• Information about ongoing support and data collection processes.

Target audience: Birmingham-based EEE registered providers, leaders, managers, teachers, childminders, and practitioners.

Places: 75 per session
