FREE WORKSHOP: Transition

In this workshop, you will:

• Explore effective communication strategies that strengthen connections between professionals and providers. 

• Build strong partnerships with families to ensure transitions are informed, supportive, and tailored to individual needs. 

Whether you're new to transitions or looking to enhance your current practice, this workshop offers valuable insights, tools, and strategies to make a real difference.
