Impact of COVID-19 on Children and Young People in Birmingham

This video highlights the thoughts and concerns of children and young people (CYPs) in Birmingham about the COVID-19 pandemic. Commissioned by Birmingham Public Health to support the awareness of vital coronavirus facts and messages within CYPs, the video is the result of a survey carried out by Young People's Education Community CIC (YPEC) that ran from Dec 2020-May 2021.

The aim of the survey was to find out the level of understanding of COVID-19 amongst CYPs and provide an opportunity for them to be able to voice their concerns, and share their opinions and general views on COVID-19. Information gathered from the survey was used to create the Impact of COVID-19 video.
