A session to support prospective childminders in Birmingham

Thinking of becoming a Childminder in Birmingham? Then this session is for you!

This session will: 

  • Help you know what to expect during the process of becoming a childminder in Birmingham 

  • Increase your understanding of any applicable requirements and responsibilities you will have as a registered childminder

  • Help you to understand the support available to you from our Early Years and Childcare Service 

  • Signpost you to further relevant information

Overall, we want to prepare you as much as possible for your journey to becoming a childminder. 

Target audience: Anyone in Birmingham who is considering starting a childminding business
