Language Learning Reflection & Planning Tool: Reflecting on the Environment

The Language Learning Reflection & Planning (LLR&P) Tool is a practical reflection tool that helps early years practitioners review how well their environment, interactions, and daily practice support children’s language development and plan clear next steps to strengthen their communication and language practice.

Join us for a four‑session professional learning series designed to deepen understanding, strengthen practice, and build confidence in using the LLR&P Tool.

This session: Reflecting on the Environment

A closer look at the role of indoor and outdoor spaces in supporting language, using the tool to analyse real examples and identify small changes that can make a big difference.
