We encourage you to use the planner to map out a CPD plan for each member of your team for 2026–27, ensuring that professional development is purposeful, sequenced and tailored to individual needs.
You can print the calendar and display it in your staff room. This allows you to add the dates of any in‑setting support you’re receiving through our enhanced or bespoke offer, as well as any CPD you plan to attend from other partners or organisations.
CPD Record & Reflection Sheet
Alongside this, our Record & Reflection Sheet supports practitioners to capture what they attended, what they learned, how their thinking shifted, and what actions they took as a result. It also prompts reflection on the impact of those actions.
Over time, this becomes a valuable personal learning record and can be used within ongoing supervision or professional discussions.
